Safeguards Built Into the System
Data Minimization
Capture runs only during a session the person starts, and is limited to what a report requires.
Purpose Limitation
Voice, images and location are processed to produce the report. They are never used to train AI models.
Explicit Confirmation
Nothing is submitted until the person has reviewed it. Sharing a photo or recording as evidence is optional.
Image Privacy
Photos can be processed to protect people's faces.
Human Oversight
Staff approve every ticket. The AI suggests, and people make the decisions.
Bounded Retention
Data is kept only as long as the workflow requires.
Disclosure Through an Open Standard
We document our systems using DTPR (Digital Trust for Places and Routines), an open, public standard for disclosing how a digital system handles data.
DTPR breaks a system down into structured elements: its purpose, the data involved, how that data is processed, who is accountable, who reviews the output and what rights people hold. Each element has a standard icon and definition, so the data flow is explicit rather than assumed.
Inspectable
Partners can examine each stage of the data flow before adopting a tool.
Consistent
The same vocabulary applies across systems, which makes them comparable.
Contestable
Decision points are visible, so people know where to question or correct a result.
